Policy + Guarantee:

If you are not satisfied with your nails, we are more than willing to work with you and fix your nails. Things happen, but we will do our best to serve our clients.

However, per salon policy, BeeQ Salon Spa does not offer any refunds for any services under any circumstances. For our natural nail services, we have a 3 day no chip policy and 1 week no lift policy. If your gel manicure or pedicure chips within 3 days, give the salon a call, and we will fit you in as soon as we can to fix the chipped gel polish at no cost. For our acrylic and dip powder nail services, we will fix any lifted nails within a week of the original appointment date also at no cost. For nail repairs past 3 days for shellac polish and 1 week for acrylic and dip powder, there may be a fee for nail repairs. Please call the respective salon you received your service, as we handle nail repairs as a case-by-case basis. Please inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any services. We will not responsible for any infection ( Our tools and equipment are thoroughly disinfected and will be presented for your inspection).

Late + Cancellation Policy:

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.

When booking an appointment online, it will ask for card information in order to confirm your appointment. Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice in order to avoid a full charge for the service scheduled. The notice period is calculated from the previous salon business day; Tuesday appointments must be canceled or rescheduled by 5:00 p.m. the preceding Sunday. There will be no charges auto the card on file unless there is a case of a no-show or a last minute cancellation. In that case, we will charge a 30% fee to cancel within 24 hours, 50% no-show fee for the service booked. We understand that emergencies do happen, so if you are running late or can no longer come to the appointment, please call the salon directly to reschedule or cancel.

Cleanliness Policy:

Here at BeeQ Salon Spa, we prioritize cleanliness and client health. We take several steps to create a safe environment for both our employees and clients. Our services always include disposable items to prevent cross contamination for infection and disease. Items such as files, buffers, and pumice stones are single-use and thrown away after every client. For stainless steel items, we sanitize our implements for every client and always have packaged, clean tools ready to use stock for each of our employees. We strive to be the best and provide our clients a clean, safe place to relax.

Method of Payment + Gratuity:

We accept Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, and personal checks (with proper ID). If you would like to leave a tip for our staff, we are able to accept cash and Venmo. Unfortunately, tips cannot be added to credit cards.  Gift certificates do not include gratuity.
